Om has more than 23-years of industry experience and has led several challenging global projects of increasing responsibilities including digital transformation prior to launching Diacto. Om believes that Business Intelligence is one of the most important functions in any organization.
Ajeet started his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Bosch Chassis India Ltd. He earned an MBA (Production and Materials Management) from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research, Pune. Ajeet has worked with several reputed software companies and has been with Diacto since 2019. He is quality-driven and customer-focused and hopes to make Diacto an Indian brand that is known for Quality and Customer Service.

Mohit has been working with a vision to help customers achieve their Business Intelligence and Strategic goals. He is working towards building a team at Diacto which can incorporate his ideology of delivering high-quality service, honoring commitments, and building long-term relationships to support Diacto’s high growth rate.
Nawal hails from Goa and brings in 19 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Administration across industries. He has worked with prestigious organizations like Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Mphasis and headed HR at Cipla Biotech, Funskool India Pvt Ltd, FC Goa. After graduating from Goa University, he pursued Labour Laws from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Nawal, with his team aims at building better employee relations at Diacto and thus, ensuring employee friendliness at all times. He is actively involved in animal rescue & rehabilitation and various other social causes in Goa and Pune.
